Occuthera Publishing was founded by A. Laneese Toppin, MA, OTR/L, a licensed occupational therapist based in Los Angeles, California, with 15+ years of clinical experience. She created Occuthera to bring clinically grounded resources to the students, practitioners, and families who need them.
We specialize in handwriting skills, fine motor coordination, and emotional regulation — helping students overcome challenges and thrive in their daily activities and education.
Every resource reflects a commitment to personalized, evidence-based intervention rooted in real clinical practice.
Ms. Toppin brings over 10 years of pediatric experience supporting students with developmental delays, learning disabilities, sensory integration dysfunction, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders.
Our workbooks and materials are thoughtfully designed for students' unique needs, including those with autism — offering proven strategies that support social-emotional development and overall well-being.
We're dedicated to helping students strengthen fine motor coordination, refine handwriting skills, and build emotional regulation — giving them the tools to navigate daily tasks and succeed across every area of life.
Experience the expertise of Occuthera Publishing and unlock the potential within every student. Explore our growing range of occupational therapy resources — workbooks and digital tools focused on handwriting skills, fine motor coordination, emotional regulation, and more.
We're just getting started. Looking ahead, Occuthera plans to expand into new areas of practice, including life skills training for adolescents and adults with autism, and balance training and aging-in-place support for seniors — bringing the same clinically grounded approach to every stage of life.
